Our priority is satisfied customers and contracting authorities. The products and services provided by the company have to be in line with the requirements, needs and expectations of customers and contracting authorities and according to the internal and international standards and environmental rules.

- The quality of our products and services is proven by monitoring the satisfaction of our customers and contracting authorities, by successfully resolving complaints and by obtaining appropriate approvals and measurements.
- The quality of our services is in line with the expectations of our clients, and we plan it higher than the level of quality offered by the competition. In order to be a step ahead of them, we regularly monitor the development of systems for environmental protection and water maintenance, the design of these facilities and the protection of their natural functions, taking into account environmental protection legislation and other regulations.

- We maintain and improve an integrated management system, with which we gradually and systematically reduce negative environmental impacts and, to the greatest extent possible, prevent excessive environmental burdens. We focus on the rational use of energy products, raw materials and natural resources, environmentally friendly sustainable technological interventions in the area, reducing negative impacts on the aquatic environment, replacing dangerous substances with more environmentally friendly, reducing the emissions of noise and substances into the air by replacing obsolete working machinery and rolling stock, we carefully separate and thus ensure their re-use, we take care of the continuous improvement of work processes and services.
- We are enforcing the principle that each worker is responsible for the quality of his/her work and due care of the environment, which must fully satisfy both external and internal customers, colleagues in the business process. The required quality and fulfilment of environmental requirements are achieved through education and training and appropriate motivation of all the employees.
- The implementation of quality policy and environmental management is a common task and responsibility of all employees. To ensure adequacy, efficiency and continuity of the management system, the management inspects the functioning of the system and requires regular implementation of internal assessments for the quality system and environmental protection.
CRITERIA AND GOALS
Criteria and goals used for assessing the efficiency of the management system are realised through the process indicators in the framework of the annual company plan and plans of individual processes; these criteria and goals are monitored monthly, quarterly, every half year and annually, as it is evident from the chart which is a part of the annual plan.
BASIC PRINCIPLES
The basic principles of the management system are as follows:
To remain a respected company in the Republic of Slovenia in the field of water management and environmental protection, and to spread the activity to other water areas of the countries of former Yugoslavia, and to new areas of activities.
To increase professional competences in order to ensure the business success, appropriate quality of products and services development and implementation of most demanding tasks, along with permanent achievement of standards and environmental and other regulations.
A satisfied customer anywhere and any time. Our goal is to increase the number of customers, especially permanent and long term contracting entities; in order to achieve this we provide such services for the customer which facilitate the implementation of order.
Employee satisfaction is key to achieving quality and coordinated activities in all business functions. The management of the company provides conditions for creative and group work with:

- Education and training which enable employees’ professional and personal development and at the same time provide a continuous awareness of environmental management and reducing the impacts on the environment
